Here at SAADI we put the welfare of our gymnasts above all other interests. All our coaches have regular CRB checks and we have three Welfare officers that are specially trained to deal with the gymnasts well being. All our coaches our governed by the British Gymnastics code of conduct and are continually developing there skills, both in the club under the supervision of our Coaching Coach (Jim Aldridge, High Performance Coach) or by taking British Gymnastics approved courses and exams, which means all our coaches work to a very high and safe standard. On joining the club both Gymnasts and Coaches become British Gymnasts members, this means they are covered by BG insurance. |
