Class Timetables

New entrants train in the Beginners Classes for 1 session on a Saturday.  During their first term, 6 and 7 year olds work through the Star award, whilst older girls are expected to start at the Amber award level.

As gymnasts progress and learn basic skills, they move into the Development Class where they are grouped according to their ability and age.

Advancement through the club and offers of additional training sessions on a Wednesday and/or Thursday evening depend upon a number of factors, including the gymnast’s progress, ability, stamina, attitude and attendance, as well as the availability of coaches.
